Hi! I’m Emily.
I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition counselor, group fitness instructor and mental health advocate. I’m also a mama to four-year-old twins, which means I understand how demanding (and beautiful) modern motherhood can be.
I believe fitness is about rebuilding trust with your body. Strengthening your nervous system and creating sustainable habits that support your mental and emotional well-being. My approach blends science-backed strength training, functional movement, and mindful coaching to help women feel capable, confident, and grounded-inside and out.
Whether you are returning to movement, navigating stress, or simply craving a stronger and more compassionate relationship with your body, my coaching meets you where you are. Together, we focus on progress over perfection and build routines that fit real life.
